Thanks…a newbie. I use espresso beans that have already been roasted. I prefer to use medium roast espresso beans and then roasting them until they are lightly toasted and dried. This helps to dry the beans even further so they can be ground to a finer powder. Hi, thinking of doing your cake today, do you have the recipe in grams or could you let me know how many grams are in one of your cups, as there seem to be various answers when I google it!
